Hybrid events combine the best of both worlds. Attendees can enjoy the on-site experience OR participate actively remotely. We can make sure both sets of attendees make the most of the event, on top of listening to interpretation. This means we can take care of audiovisual components in both cases and deliver both video and audio online, and interpretation on-site as well as online. Both can be recorded and watched on replay. Having interpreters join remotely is also an option. This helps save on traveling and equipment costs since less equipment is needed (no booths), and in the case of events further out or in high cost areas, the traveling and per diems can be eliminated completely.
